Benefits and Contract
In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30/36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates and reliability and performance related incentive. We can offer contracts that works over 4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Hourly Rate/Hour: £21 – £28 (Depending on stable employment record, current UK nursing home experience, clinical skills relevant to elderly care, Knowledge of CIW regulations, and staff management skills)

About You
You\’ll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Dols/MCA and a genuine commitment to adhering to NMC code of practice.
