Glais House Nursing Home is a privately owned company that continuously looks to improve and find new ways to enhance the quality of lives of those we support. We are currently looking for a nurse (RGN) to add to our team. In return, we have a variety of different contracts on offer. You can choose contracts of 30/36 hours per week, excellent training opportunities, competitive pay rates, and reliability and performance-related incentives. We can offer contracts that work over 4 days, allowing for a great work-life balance.
- Hourly Rate: £21 - £28 (Depending on stable employment record, current UK nursing home experience, clinical skills relevant to elderly care, knowledge of CIW regulations, and staff management skills)

You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Dols/MCA and a genuine commitment to adhering to NMC code of practice.
To take responsibility for our residents' well-being, including meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs. To promote our residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect. Leading, motivating, and mentoring the care team. A detailed job description will be available at the interview.
