At Gladstone Vet Clinic, we’re seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role you’ll enjoy a well-balanced caseload between medicine and surgery. We actively encourage and support career development through continuous training and education, and we provide nurturing support for applicants interested in pursuing a certificate qualification.
Working Hours & Rota
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We value work-life balance and aim to support our team’s well-being. Ideally, the position involves working 30 hours per week over 3 days, together with our shared Saturday rota (1:4). There is no OOH, out of hours or on-call required. As mentioned, we can offer flexibility to support part-time hours.
A bit about us
Join our small, friendly, and compassionate team, which includes 2.5 vets, 4 RVNs, 2 VCAs, and a receptionist, and provide high-quality care to both new and existing patients. We are looking for a team player who is eager to make a difference in veterinary medicine. Our clinic is equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, blood analysis machines, dental equipment, and more. It is located in Telford with easy access to motorway and rail links, plus plenty of countryside walks and leisure facilities nearby.
