Your focus is to ensure that development is shaped, prioritised, and delivered in a way that meets the customer’s goals while also strengthening the wider Gladstone product.
Working closely with senior stakeholders on the customer side, you will build trusted relationships, provide clear direction, and guide decision-making. Internally, you will lead agile delivery across Gladstone’s leisure management solution, translating requirements into actionable development items, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own and drive a dedicated product workstream for a strategic account, aligning customer priorities with Gladstone’s product vision.
- Act as the primary conduit between the customer and development team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, influencing decision-making and shaping their product roadmap.

- Balance customer-specific requirements with the needs of the wider user base, identifying opportunities to deliver scalable, reusable solutions.
- Champion user experience, ensuring solutions are simple, intuitive, and support self-service for end users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, sales, and support to deliver initiatives end-to-end.
- Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ within R&D, while also representing Gladstone’s product strategy back to the customer.
- Provide clear updates and insight to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders on progress, priorities, and outcomes.
- A strong, trusted partnership with the strategic account, built on clear communication and delivery confidence.
- Customer-funded development that delivers measurable value to both the client and the wider Gladstone customer base.
- Well-prioritised, high-quality releases that align with both immediate needs and long-term product strategy.
- Improved customer retention and satisfaction through collaborative product development.
- Scalable enhancements that benefit multiple operators, not just a single client.
