Glacier is seeking a People Business Partner – Operations to partner with our manufacturing and operational leadership teams. You will blend strategic thinking with practical HR delivery to embed people considerations in operational decisions and to strengthen leadership capability across sites.
You will drive workforce planning, change management, employee relations and engagement, while working with People Operations to coordinate payroll, recruitment and lifecycle processes.
