Glacier Energy delivers innovative solutions for the design, manufacture, inspection, and repair of critical infrastructure and process equipment for energy and industrial markets. Having grown both organically and through strategic acquisitions, Glacier Energy is now a leading international provider of specialist products, services, and engineered solutions across renewable and conventional energy sectors. With a strong heritage and deep-rooted expertise, the business is driving innovation to support the transition to clean energy while optimising existing assets to maximise performance in traditional energy operations.
The CFO will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading all aspects of financial strategy, performance, and investor engagement. This high-impact role will involve driving financial planning, governance, and capital allocation, while supporting M&A activity and shaping the company’s future trajectory.
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader, ideally within private equity-backed businesses. Strong commercial acumen, expertise in M&A, cash flow optimisation, and stakeholder management are essential. Professional qualifications and exposure to energy or industrial services would be advantageous.
