Position
Glacier Energy is sourcing experienced Senior Pipeline Inspectors to support an upcoming major UK gas network pipeline project. This is a strong opportunity for a senior-level inspector with extensive live pipeline experience to join a framework arrangement covering UK-wide sites.
Key Requirements
- Welding surveillance and compliance monitoring
- Experience across pipeline construction, repair and maintenance projects
- NDT awareness and reporting
- Working knowledge of IGE/TD standards, SGN specifications and client procedures
Typical Experience
- 15+ years pipeline inspection experience
- Onshore steel transmission pipelines
- AGIs, pig traps, valve installations
- HDD crossings and tie-ins
- Contractor surveillance and QA/QC management
Requirements
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol (D&A) testing
- Confined Space Medium Risk certification
- Willingness to complete client site inductions as required
