Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with responsibility for an emergency phone outside of these hours)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Residential Mobile Home Park Manager to take charge of a brand-new park development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing project from the ground up, shaping the community and ensuring smooth operations as the park evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the park and ensure a high standard of presentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and park policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Support the onboarding of new residents and assist with plot handovers.
  • Be available for emergency situations outside of normal working hours via the emergency phone.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic IT skills for administrative tasks.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
