About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Residential Mobile Home Park Manager to take charge of a brand-new park development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing project from the ground up, shaping the community and ensuring smooth operations as the park evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the park and ensure a high standard of presentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and park policies.
- Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, invoicing, and reporting.
- Support the onboarding of new residents and assist with plot handovers.
- Be available for emergency situations outside of normal working hours via the emergency phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic IT skills for administrative tasks.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
