GL Global is hiring a Senior Product Owner / Product Delivery Lead to take full accountability for product delivery within a customer and external affairs technology space. The role is for someone who owns outcomes and delivery, not a proxy BA or requirements scribe. The engineering teams perform well – what’s needed is a senior product leader who can shape demand, control priorities, and protect delivery in a regulated, enterprise environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end‑to‑end product delivery for a defined technology area
  • Set product direction and delivery priorities based on outcomes, not noise
  • Lead backlog ownership, refinement, and prioritisation with authority
  • Actively challenge and push back on unclear, low‑value, or conflicting business requests
  • Make trade‑off decisions and stand by them
  • Work day‑to‑day with engineers to ensure delivery is realistic, sequenced, and achievable
  • Operate confidently within regulated environments, understanding what is genuinely critical vs what is process drag

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Delivery Lead
  • Background in regulated environments (e.g. energy, CNI, financial services, pharma, or similar)
  • A technical background (development, engineering, support, DevOps, or platform delivery) that enables credible decision‑making with engineers
  • Clear accountability for delivering a product, platform, or service into production
  • Strong delivery mindset – comfortable making decisions, not just facilitating them
  • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and reset expectations when needed
