New Team Build / Global Energy Organisation
We’re looking for experienced Data Engineers to join a new team build for a global energy organisation, working on large-scale data pipelines, cloud platforms and business-critical data solutions.
Strong SQL and Python skills are essential, alongside hands-on Databricks experience and the ability to build, optimise and troubleshoot production data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise data pipelines using SQL, Python, PySpark and Databricks.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT processes and reliable data models.
- Improve data quality, reconciliation and pipeline performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support cloud migration and system integration.
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python programming.
- Hands-on Databricks and PySpark experience.
- Data engineering, ETL/ELT and workflow orchestration.
- Production troubleshooting and data-quality controls.
- Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and automated testing.
