We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of ServiceNow (ITSM) across an Energy organisation. You will play a critical role in driving behavioural change, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical communities. This role is heavily focused on user adoption, engagement, and experience, ensuring ServiceNow delivers real value for end users, teams & executives in line with the wider support model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business change activity for the ServiceNow implementation from a user and experience perspective
  • Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders in the wider organisation
  • Develop and deliver change impact assessments, approaches and plans
  • Partner with Tech Teams to ensure ServiceNow supports how teams actually work

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experienced Change / Transformation Manager
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow from a whole organisation user experience perspective (non-technical)
  • Experience working with Tech Teams, with a clear understanding of how ServiceNow impacts technology teams
  • Proven experience delivering business change and transformation
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ideally worked within regulated environments
