Lead Modernisation by Design: Shape Engineering Standards: Establish best practices and reference models for modular mainframe development, data flow optimisation, and service abstraction. Enable DevOps on z/OS: Support the development of tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation strategies to accelerate delivery within the mainframe domain. Mentor and Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach junior engineers, and serve as a subject matter authority across engineering and architecture forums. Deep technical experience across IBM z/OS environments (COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2). A history of technical leadership in large-scale modernisation, either as a senior engineer or architect.
