Legal Counsel / Corporate Solicitor (M&A) - FTSE100 Organisation - Fully Remote

Our FTSE 100 client is looking for a Legal Counsel / Corporate Solicitor to join its international legal team and support a growing pipeline of strategic transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–5 PQE lawyer with a strong law firm background and proven experience across corporate transactions and M&A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on M&A, ventures, restructurings and bond/financing matters
  • Support transactions from due diligence through to negotiation and completion
  • Draft and negotiate SPAs, JV agreements, investment agreements and related documentation
  • Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate external counsel across international jurisdictions
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice on legal and transaction risk

Requirements

  • 2+ years PQE
  • Qualified solicitor/lawyer with a strong law firm background
  • Proven M&A experience essential
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgement.
  • Ideally experience with cross-border transactions and/or a listed or multinational organisation.
