We are partnering with a major global enterprise organisation seeking a highly organised, energetic, and proactive Executive Assistant / Technology Team Coordinator to support senior technology leadership within a fast-paced international environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across global technology and transformation programmes, combining traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with increasing exposure to project and operational coordination work. The role would suit someone early-to-mid career who thrives in a corporate, high-performance environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You'll provide day-to-day support across several senior technology leaders, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, travel, and operational activities across global teams and time zones. Alongside core EA responsibilities, you'll gradually become involved in project coordination activities including tracking actions, risks, vendor engagement, meeting outcomes, and supporting wider transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Complex diary, calendar, and meeting management across multiple senior stakeholders
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, stand-ups, and planning sessions
- Track actions, decisions, risks, and follow-ups across ongoing programmes
- International travel coordination, itineraries, and expense management
- Act as a key liaison between leadership teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding and team coordination activities
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive documentation
- Provide high-quality administrative support with complete professionalism and discretion
- Assist with project coordination and operational activities as responsibilities grow
- Explore and utilise AI tools to improve organisation, coordination, and efficiency
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Coordinator, or Project Coordinator roles
- Background supporting leaders within large corporate or global organisations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple "spinning plates"
- Comfortable working at pace within a demanding, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency across Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SAP Concur, and collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating across international teams and time zones is highly beneficial
