Our global client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Technology Team Coordinator to provide executive and project coordination support across three senior technology leaders within a fast-paced, international environment. This role combines diary and stakeholder management with hands-on project coordination, helping leadership teams operate efficiently across complex global programmes and transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings and scheduling across multiple senior leaders
- Coordinate daily stand-ups, leadership meetings, workshops and planning sessions
- Track actions, meeting outcomes and follow-ups to ensure accountability and delivery
- Support global travel coordination, itineraries and expense management
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support with complete confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project coordination, team coordination or Senior Executive support
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-moving global environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Outlook, SAP Concur, Word, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools
