We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Endur Business Analyst to join a prestigious global energy company at the forefront of digital transformation in commodity trading. This is a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing team, driving enhancements and optimisation of trading systems using Openlink Endur.
As an Endur Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing, designing, and supporting trading workflows and risk management processes, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between business users (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
- Capture, document, and validate business requirements relating to commodity trading (power, gas, LNG, emissions, etc.).
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand and refine ETRM needs.
- Design functional solutions within the Endur platform, ensuring alignment with business workflows.
- Assist in system configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and production rollouts.
- Provide SME-level guidance on trade lifecycle, deal modelling, settlements, and risk reporting.
- Monitor and resolve system issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within energy or commodities trading.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of Openlink Endur, including TPM, AVS, and Open Components.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle in physical and financial commodities.
- Familiarity with trade booking, risk valuation, PnL attribution, and reporting functions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Desirable:
- Exposure to power and gas trading markets (European or global).
- Scripting experience (e.g., JVS, SQL, OpenComponents).
