✅ Experience

• Senior consulting background (Director/Senior Manager level) at a tech or strategy consultancy.
• Deep expertise in z/OS , COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, and mainframe ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration strategy.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes and cross-functional teams.
