We are seeking an experienced Inbound Logistics Advisor / Manager to support a leading global oil & gas organisation, driving the optimisation and continuous improvement of inbound logistics across Mauritania and Senegal.
Working closely with suppliers, business stakeholders, logistics service providers and customs agents, you will develop and implement logistics strategies that improve service delivery, safety, efficiency and overall supply chain performance.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in international logistics in a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of customs processes in Mauritania and Senegal
- Proven experience managing logistics service providers, contractors and customs agents
- Strong understanding of logistics safety risks and mitigation
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
- Working knowledge of SAP and logistics systems
