We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to take on a key role with a UK Public Sector client. This role requires a strong foundation in Salesforce CRM architecture and related solution ecosystem, coupled with extensive consultancy experience in shaping and defining solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional all-round consultancy skills and be experienced in working alongside client programme, business and architecture teams.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the client’s stakeholder understanding of Salesforce features and options, plus taking a lead role in interfacing with Salesforce consultants to assure architecture options and decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with diverse stakeholders, and drive architectural excellence across a spectrum of projects to help the client navigate complex digital transformation and achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review and assurance of Salesforce solution architectures, aligning with clients' goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with client and supplier ecosystem, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing and evaluating architecture options.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Apply architecture principles, standards, and best practices for Salesforce and digital solution delivery.
- Lead workshops and discussions to effectively communicate architecture and technical concepts.
About you
- Experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, within a consultancy environment, working on diverse projects for clients of various industries and sizes.
- Direct experience in the following specific Salesforce solution areas: CRM including Flow and Apex capabilities, CRM data models, API design and implementation (ideally using MuleSoft), DevOps Tooling e.g. Gearset, Copado, Security and access controls.
- General experience in developing cross-domain architectures to deliver strategic organisation change and digital transformation using cloud services, data platforms and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience of working in UK Public Sector – candidates should have recent SC-level clearance.
- Ability for occasional travel for workshops/meetings involving an overnight stay in London area or Liverpool.
