What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role within hospitality.
- Strong bar and customer service experience.
- Confident leading and motivating a team.
- Able to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
