We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Lettings Specialist to join a growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role and contribute to expanding the business in response to increased lettings demand., * You will be working closely with the Director and one other team member initially, supporting all aspects of lettings management.

• The role is ideal for a Senior Negotiator looking to take on greater responsibility or an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge.

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and build their own team within 12-24 months as the business grows.

• Proven background in lettings, either from a Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Managerial position.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of operating in a high-demand setting.

• Candidates with corporate experience and a drive to succeed in a more hands-on, entrepreneurial role will thrive here.
