We are supporting an established aviation platform in the search for a Commercial Asset Manager to join its engines team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong engine leasing or powerplant experience who enjoys combining commercial decision-making with technical asset oversight in a varied, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial and technical oversight of an engine portfolio throughout the asset lifecycle
- Support the assessment of engine acquisition opportunities and contribute to investment analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, MRO providers and other industry stakeholders while identifying commercial opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams on maintenance activity, shop visits and lease events to optimise asset performance
- Maintain accurate technical records, component documentation and portfolio reporting to support operational and commercial objectives
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of aircraft engines, powerplant assets and associated technical documentation
- Demonstrable experience within engine leasing, aviation asset management or a related technical-commercial environment
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders, with willingness to travel as required within the EU
