Our client is a well-established aircraft leasing platform and is recruiting a VP Powerplant (9-month contract) to join its technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events across the fleet.
- Manage day-to-day powerplant technical matters relating to leased aircraft and engines.
- Develop and maintain MRO strategies, maintenance reserve rates, and forecasting models.
- Support engine acquisitions, disposals, and overall lifecycle management.
- Prepare maintenance reports.
Requirements:
- Strong powerplant experience.
- Strong technical and commercial judgement, with proven project management capability.
