Responsibilities
- Support and negotiate a range of aviation-related commercial and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft, review, and manage transactional documentation linked to acquisitions, disposals, financings, and strategic projects
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters
- Coordinate with external counsel, financial institutions, and transaction counterparties to support timely deal completion

Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience gained within a leading law firm or in-house environment
