We are supporting a specialist aviation aftermarket platform in the search for a Sales Director to drive commercial growth across Western Europe. This role is focused on developing airline, MRO and aviation aftermarket relationships, with a particular emphasis on airframe rotables, component solutions and long-term customer partnerships. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an established network within the Western European airline and MRO market and can quickly identify and convert commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with airlines, MROs and other aviation aftermarket customers
- Identify, pursue and secure new component and rotable sales opportunities
- Expand existing accounts and increase customer share-of-wallet
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales cycle through to completion
- Monitor market activity and customer demand to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience selling airframe rotables, LRUs, components or USM solutions
- Strong network across airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket stakeholders in Western Europe
- Demonstrable success winning and developing customer accounts within the aviation aftermarket sector
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
