We are supporting an established aviation platform in the search for an Engine Technical Records Specialist to join its technical records function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong aviation records background who enjoys working with detailed technical documentation and supporting asset transactions within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate technical records to support asset acquisitions, sales, and ongoing portfolio activity
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse maintenance and component records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support the management of OEM technical documentation and related record systems
- Identify data discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvements in record quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in aircraft technical records within an airline, MRO, leasing, or aviation services environment
- Strong understanding of life-limited parts, serialised components, and aviation maintenance documentation
- Good working knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and technical record standards
- Confident communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and systems
