Head of Lettings – Central London

GKR International is partnered exclusively with a highly ambitious and well-respected Estate Agency based in Central London who are looking to recruit an experienced Manager within Lettings.

The ideal person will be passionate about residential property, have enjoyed a good career to date within the sector, and be a good team player who enjoys building rapport and strong relationships with clients throughout the market. They want to hire someone who won\’t see this as a job but rather an opportunity to take their career to the next level and long-term.

The ideal candidate will currently be in a management position; however, they are open to looking at a very experienced Assistant Manager/Lettings Manager with valuation experience who wants the next step in their career.

You will need an entrepreneurial spirit as you will be tasked with running the branch from a business owner\’s point of view.

Your role will involve:

• Managing staff as well as recruitment and conducting staff appraisals
• Managing the Profit and Loss of the office
• Reporting directly to the Senior Partners
• Growing the presence of the brand in the area
• Assisting the marketing team with requirements for your office
• Growing the stock levels for the office; having a successful track record in market appraisals is important
