I’m recruiting for several experienced Quantity Surveyors for an independent Cost Management consultancy. They’re highly regarded in the industry and strive to be the consultancy of choice in their chosen specialities and geographies. Boasting an impressive live portfolio and list of clients, you’ll have exposure to some of London's landmark residential/commercial projects and developments.

Your Job

Every project is led by a Partner with a well-driven, well-organised team, so it’s vital that you’re capable of rising to the required responsibility level immediately. You need to be flexible, adaptable, and self-assured, and evidence of these traits will help your application progress quickly. We have been instructed to build their Residential, Bank Monitoring, Commercial, and Hotel & Leisure teams - however, they’re open to all strong candidates.

You must be:

  • MRICS
  • Commercial and Professional Services experience advantageous
  • Capable of full-cycle cost management
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Relevant UK experience is a must
