Property & Accounts Manager
Client-Side Residential & Commercial Portfolio
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Property & Accounts Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial property portfolio.

Working directly for the property owner, you'll act as the central point of coordination across property management, financial administration and day-to-day business operations. You'll liaise with tenants, agents, contractors and accountants, ensuring properties are well-managed, finances are accurately tracked and operational matters run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include managing tenant and contractor relationships, coordinating maintenance works, overseeing lettings, processing invoices and expenses, monitoring rental income, producing management reports and supporting wider office operations.

We're looking for someone with previous property management or property accounts experience, strong organisational skills, working knowledge of Xero and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

This is an excellent client-side opportunity for a hands‑on professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and playing a key role in the successful management of a diverse property portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Property management, property administration or property accounting experience
• Knowledge of Xero and financial record management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
