GKR Karate International is a traditional Japanese style of non-contact karate, founded in 1984 by Robert Sullivan. This full-time Membership Sales Consultant role is a hybrid work arrangement (Ashford, Surrey/ Northolt/ Yeading/ West Drayton), allowing for some remote work. Responsibilities include:

  • Signing new members/students
  • Promoting GKR's values and programs
  • Achieving membership sales targets
  • Attending and engaging with prospective members on weekends
  • Making sales calls
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Sales and customer experience skills with demonstrated success in exceeding targets
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM platforms and basic office software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
