What You’ll Do

• Recruit new members by sharing the benefits of karate in a way that’s inclusive and inspiring for everyone.
• Utilise warm leads and engage with prospects at our weekend Hi‑Viz events and through targeted telephone sales.

Who We’re Looking For

• Engaging Communicators: If speaking with people from diverse backgrounds energises you, this is your stage.
• Karate Enthusiasts: Martial arts experience is a plus but not essential; we value willingness and passion to learn Karate and develop a personal growth mindset.
• Mobile Professionals: A valid driving licence is essential, as travel within West London and Surrey is part of the role.
