- Review and monitor revenue and expenditure.
- Oversee resolution of branch complaints and take charge of handling escalated issues.
- Actively monitor competitor activity in order to develop a business plan and strategy to achieve the budget and profitability targets.
- Ideally Local property experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving sales targets and related KPI’s.
- Demonstrate high market appraisal conversion ratio.
- Expert knowledge of relevant industry legislation.
