Salary: £40,000 basic + £80,000 OTE

Type: Full-time, on-site (10am–6pm, 2 weekends on / 2 weekends off)

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales professional ready to take the lead on an exciting new development launch in South West London? We’re working with a respected residential developer seeking a proactive Development Sales Lead to drive sales performance and manage the on-site marketing suite for a major new scheme launching soon.

About the Role

As the Development Sales Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the on-site sales operation — from managing enquiries and viewings to closing sales and ensuring a premium customer experience. You’ll lead by example, overseeing the marketing suite and show homes, liaising with local agents, and ensuring all aspects of the development reflect the high standards expected of a flagship project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the on-site marketing suite
  • Proactively manage and convert customer enquiries, viewings, and follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with local estate agents to drive referral sales
  • Maintain a best-in-class presentation across the marketing suite and show homes
  • Report weekly sales activity, visitor numbers
