Renewals Consultant Location: West LondonSalary: £28,000 per anum Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm Mon – FriOur client, a leading property management firm, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Renewals Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in property management, especially handling tenancy renewals and managing relationships with tenants and landlords.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate tenancy renewals with tenants and landlords
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of renewal documentation
• Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding renewal terms, rental adjustments, and contract extensions
• Handle negotiations between tenants and landlords to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
• Track renewal dates and proactively contact tenants and landlords to ensure timely renewals
• Provide clients with excellent customer service and address any concerns or queries regarding tenancy renewals
• Keep accurate records of all communications and documentation related to renewals
• Monitor market trends and ensure that rental prices are aligned with current market conditions
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other internal teams

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or lettings (desirable)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of tenancy agreements and property legislation is an advantage
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in property management software
