GKR is partnering with a growing Pan-European Real Estate fund, backed by a major conglomerate, expanding in London and the UK. They need a Management Accountant (qualified or part-qualified) to support multiple entities and work with the Controller. This role offers direct reporting to senior management and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial and statutory reporting
- Balance sheet oversight
- Managing third-party relationships
- Payment runs, VAT returns, and inter-company reconciliation
- Board reporting with CFO and FCAudit, VAT, and tax management
Requirements:
- 3-4 years relevant experience, ideally in Real Estate
- Qualified/Part Qualified (ACCA support)
- Strong accounting, bookkeeping, and Excel skills
- Payroll experience
- SAP/Oracle software experience is a plus
- Professional and diligent
Package: £45,000, Monday to Friday, hybrid after 3 months.
