Quality Assurance Administrator β ASAP Hire β Fixed Term Contract
My client, an innovative and design-led property development company, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Quality Assurance Administrator to join their Aftercare and Defects team on a fixed-term contract basis. Please note: The ideal candidate must have experience working in a similar role within the housing or construction sector.
Contract length: Immediate start until the end of February 2026
Location: Based on-site at their offices and apartments | South London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM β 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist QA Managers in tracking and documenting snags and defects using CRM tools such as iAuditor and Salesforce
- Conduct daily site inspections, capturing photographic evidence of snags for inspection reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality assurance activities
- Ensure snag reports are properly filed and easily accessible for review
- Collaborate with various departments and contractors to resolve issues and uphold quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute quality assurance reports and supporting documentation
- Provide administrative support and assist in coordinating QA projects
- Monitor outstanding issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team
Health and Safety: All employees are expected to actively support and promote health and safety best practices in line with statutory obligations. This role involves regular on-site work requiring PPE. Possession of a valid CSCS card is advantageous.
