We are currently looking for ambitious, organised and customer-focused Property Management professionals who can confidently manage residential portfolios, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Managing residential property portfolios
- Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting
- Supporting landlords and tenants with day-to-day queries
- Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins/check-outs and deposits
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Delivering a smooth move-in and move-out experience
Experience with Property Management:
- 2+ years previous property management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to manage workloads independently
- Full driving license preferred
