You’ll be the operational backbone of the lettings team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenancy progression — preparing tenancy documents, issuing ASTs, collecting references, and ensuring all compliance documents are in place.
  • Reapit CRM management — updating property records, uploading documents, logging activity, managing applicant notes, and keeping data accurate and compliant.
  • Property marketing — preparing listings, updating portals, coordinating photography, and ensuring marketing materials are current.
  • Compliance administration — tracking EPCs, gas safety certificates, EICRs, deposit registration, and Right to Rent checks.
  • Maintenance coordination — logging issues, liaising with contractors, and keeping landlords and tenants updated.
  • General office support.
