An excellent opportunity has become available for a proactive and customer-focused Centre Operations Assistant to join a professional flexible workspace environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys delivering a high standard of customer service, supporting daily centre operations and ensuring a professional workspace runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Centre Operations Manager, supporting customer experience, centre standards, viewings, move-ins, compliance, health and safety, contractor coordination and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering an outstanding service experience to customers, visitors and internal stakeholders
- Providing a warm, professional and friendly welcome to everyone visiting the centre
- Supporting professional viewings and completing viewing training
- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to support additional services
- Overseeing customer move-ins and ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Managing centre standards and ensuring meeting rooms, show offices and communal spaces are well presented
- Conducting pre-event checks of meeting rooms and show offices ahead of events
