Award Winning Residential Developer - Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager - large multi-layered team of 12 within marketing - £40,000-£55,000 - Central West London. My client has a vast pipeline across 2026, with multiple schemes launching in prime central London. Ideally an ASAP Start!
My client is looking for an established marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years residential development experience. This is a mixed role covering most marketing initiatives requiring both a hands-on strategic mindset. This role will work across multiple live developments, devising and implementing the marketing strategies to support the sales team with key development and phase launches across London.
Typical Duties:
- Project manage and amend when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans, CGI.
- Deliver campaign ideas to key stakeholders.
- Appoint the creative/marketing agencies for any new and upcoming developments who will be responsible for creating the development brand, logo and guidelines.
- Work with appointed digital offline agencies.
- Development of all marketing materials to include the design and print of brochures, briefing decks, factsheets, local guides, Q+A’s and all ad-hoc materials.
