Global Property Developer - Senior Quantity Surveyor - Basic £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus - Manchester. Ideally an ASAP start!

My client has an impressive global portfolio across residential and commercial schemes. This particular opening is for an established SQS/QS to support on a couple of major Residential schemes in Manchester.

Key Summary:
  • To take full commercial ownership of projects from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximized while maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships.
  • Commercial management of multiple projects, providing mentorship to all members of the team.
  • Manage all the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account settlement.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate interim valuations and applications for payment in accordance with contract terms.
  • Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages, including negotiation, letting, and agreement of final accounts.
