GKR International has been retained to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join the rapidly growing team at our client's Manchester office. Their unique services are client focused, leveraging a network of trusted partners to comprehensively manage UK property portfolios from start to finish.
As a valued client of GKR International, we are proud to lead the search for this pivotal hire, helping the business continue to grow and excel in the property market. The Sales Manager will recruit, train and develop a small team of sales consultants to provide an exceptional resales operation to clients under the brand. Working closely with developers, and both local and international sales partners, the Sales Manager will source and promote only the best investment opportunities to existing clients and the market.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Starting Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Commission: 5-10% of departmental revenue
