A rare opportunity to join a boutique agency operating at the very top of the Prime Central London market, handling some of the most desirable properties in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and around Hyde Park, Holland Park and Regent’s Park.

The Role

  • Work on rentals from £2,000–£50,000 per week across PCL and surrounding prime postcodes.
  • Handle UHNW and HNW clients, delivering a discreet, white-glove service.
  • Convert high-value enquiries, conduct premium viewings and negotiate complex deals.

  • Join a tight, successful team with strong lettings turnover.

Package & Perks

  • Basic salary: £30,000–£40,000 (experience dependent).
  • OTE: £70,000+ with a very competitive commission structure and attractive year-end bonus for top performers.
  • Use of a company-branded electric vehicle.

Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm.
  • Friday: 9:00am–5:30pm.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator in Prime Central London.
  • Track record dealing with high-value properties and demanding clients.
  • Confident, polished and commercially sharp, with the drive to maximise a high-fee, high-commission environment.
