The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in client accounting within the property sector, with strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities include supporting audits, preparing client accounting reports, processing supplier payments, assisting with NRL tax and regulatory statements, and managing payment and receipting processes in line with AML requirements. You’ll also be a confident communicator, comfortable resolving queries from landlords, tenants, and contractors.
This full-time role is based in South West London, offering a salary of £36,000–£38,000, plus a quarterly bonus of up to 10% after probation. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, initially from the office during probation, with hybrid working (4 days in, 1 day from home) offered thereafter.
