This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious professional with a strong track record in residential property management, private client services, block management, estate management or a related sector. The Opportunity
Reporting into key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and growing a highly regarded property management business that services a portfolio of premium residential assets.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing growth initiatives, enhancing client relationships, identifying new revenue streams and ensuring the business continues to deliver an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth and development of a residential property management business.
- Generate new business opportunities through existing client and introducer relationships.
- Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, professional advisers and referral partners.
- Drive client retention and service excellence across the property management portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for geographic, service-line and revenue growth.
- Oversee operational performance and support the continued development of property management teams.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, financial performance and commercial objectives.
- Champion best practice, compliance and operational efficiency.
- Represent the business across the property sector through networking and industry events.
