Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier administrative support to Sales Directors across three offices (based from one location).
- Manage sales documentation, contracts & compliance, including AML checks.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers & key stakeholders.
- Oversee property listings, valuation packs & marketing materials.
- Update the company website & property portals
- Coordinate diaries, book meetings & register applicants.
- Front-of-house duties: meet & greet clients, answer calls, and be the first point of contact.
- Experience in estate agency administration (senior-level preferred).
- A bubbly, professional & proactive personality.
- Strong organisational & customer service skills.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
