My client has an extensive portfolio of residential developments across London and plans to double this portfolio over the next few years. It is a great time to join an award-winning business that has impressive growth plans not only in terms of pipeline but also in growing out the marketing/sales teams and wider group.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day operations of the marketing suite, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning and is always presentation-ready for multiple viewings.
- Monitor, record, and report weekly sales activity, visitor numbers, feedback, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing to support local campaigns and events that generate leads and drive footfall.
- Ensure all show homes, communal areas, and marketing materials are maintained to a best-in-class standard.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally in London’s new homes market.
