Inventory Clerk – Residential Property

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Visiting properties across London to carry out check-ins, check-outs, and inventory inspections
  • Creating clear, accurate reports that keep everyone on the same page
  • Coordinating appointments and keeping things ticking like clockwork
  • Chatting with tenants and landlords to make sure everyone’s happy
  • Keeping records tidy and up to date
  • Staying on top of tenancy regulations and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in property inventories or lettings is a big plus
  • Brilliant communication skills – written and spoken
  • Super organised and great at juggling tasks
  • Friendly, professional, and confident with clients
  • Happy working solo and managing your own schedule
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
This is a full-time role with plenty of variety, regular travel around London, and a supportive team behind you. A company vehicle may be provided, or mileage reimbursed – so you’ll be well looked after.
