Are you a presently successful individual who is currently selling new homes across London? Can you point to a successful track record introducing agents, buyers and principals to the new homes world in 2024/2025? Our client is looking for a market maker. The International Sales Manager will identify potential opportunities, engage in targeted sales efforts, and guide buyers through the purchasing process. They will play a key role in ensuring that our developments achieve sales targets through proactive pipeline building and effective customer engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in a sales role within the residential property market or real estate sector, ideally within the UK house-building industry.
  • Strong track record of generating and managing a personal sales pipeline, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An active network of real estate advisors, introducers and consultants, who you may call upon should you be successful in this process.
