They will play a key role in ensuring that our developments achieve sales targets through proactive, pipeline building and effective customer engagement.
Key Skills & Experience:
- £35,000-£38,000 basic salary
- Tiered commission structure
- Commission payable on exchange of contracts
- £120,000 OTE

Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in a sales role within the residential property market or real estate sector, ideally within the UK house-building industry.
- Strong track record of generating and managing a personal sales pipeline, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- An active network of Real Estate advisors, introducers and consultants, who you may call upon should you be successful in this process.
