We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join a prestigious estate agency in Prime Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional to take on a leadership role within an established, high-performing office.
Package on offer:
  • £30,000–£35,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Realistic OTE £70,000–£100,000+
  • Excellent commission structure with uncapped potential

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance across the branch to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of negotiators, ensuring professional development and motivation
  • Win new instructions through proactive business development and strong client relationships
  • Oversee the full sales process, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service at every stage
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and local stakeholders
  • Report on performance, market trends, and strategy to senior management
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and client-facing ability, particularly within the prime central London market
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by results
  • Confident in generating new business and building long-term client relationships
